ICS17系列皮帶秤，動態累誤差小于±0.5%，用于工廠和過程稱重中，監測生產量、控制產品裝載及監測產品庫存量，為企業現代化管理提供重要的信息。
結構組成
ICS17系列皮帶秤主要由以下幾部分組成：17型杠桿式稱重橋架、60-12C型測速傳感器、稱重傳感器、XK2001型積算器。
工作原理
稱重橋架中的稱重傳感器檢測皮帶上物料重量，送入積算器；測速傳感器檢測皮帶速度，將速度信息送入積算器。積算器把接收到的速度信號及重量信號進行處理，得到物料的累計量及瞬時流量。
17A型稱重秤架
17A型稱重橋架在杠桿上裝有四組或二組托輥，采用雙稱重傳感器支承，外側支承采用無磨擦耳軸支點，這種封閉裝置可以防震、防潮、防腐及防止物料堆積，因而在惡劣的環境中不發生使用刀口裝置和軸承裝置帶來的問題。
稱重橋架的主梁采用矩型鋼管，這使整個稱重橋架具有足夠高的鋼性、較小的自重，外表積灰面積達到。為了保證整個系統的穩定性，高精度電阻應變片式傳感器安裝于受拉部位，以減少非線性誤差。
稱重橋架可以直接裝在各種不同寬度的皮帶輸送機架內，位于上下皮帶之間，不占用空間高度。它是一個已在工廠組裝好的整體，可以迅速方便地安裝和校準
該稱重橋架適應皮帶寬度從400-2200mm。

The longer weighbridge permits more scale-borne time, which minimizes alignment errors. This translates into better accuracy.
This belt scale system is available in two or four idler versions.
